Delivery options and prices
Tracked post (Lithuanian Post), price by parcel weight:
- 0–0.1 kg: €3.74
- 0.1–0.25 kg: €4.51
- 0.25–0.5 kg: €4.76
- 0.5–1 kg: €6.93
- 1–1.5 kg: €9.69
- 1.5–2 kg: €11.26
Heavier parcels (up to 30 kg): the price is shown in your cart.
Post prices are set in euros and charged in pounds sterling at the exchange rate on the day of your order.
You will see the exact delivery price in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Packaging and handling fees
Every order includes a packaging fee of £0.35. Orders with a product total below £13.00 (after discounts) also include an order handling fee of £1.72. Both fees are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. They are not refunded; see our Refund policy.
Delivery times
Usually 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.
Collecting your parcel
Please collect your parcel within the storage period stated in the carrier's message. Uncollected parcels are returned to us. Our Refund policy explains what happens next.
Customs
We ship from Lithuania. The local carrier may charge import VAT, customs duties or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.
Receiving your parcel
Please check the packaging when you receive your parcel. If it is damaged, note this in the courier's delivery report or refuse the parcel, and let us know straight away.
Accepting the parcel does not affect your rights. If you later find that an item is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email us at support@lipsell.com.
