XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil is the first step of Avène's XeraCalm A.D routine for very dry skin prone to atopy and to itching caused by dryness. It gently cleanses the face, body and scalp, helps protect the skin against the drying effect of water and leaves it soft, nourished and comfortable. Soap-free and with a physiological pH, it can also be used during flare-ups and suits the whole family, from newborns to adults. Available in 400ml and 750ml pump bottles.

A minimalist, high-tolerance formula

The very gentle, soap-free cleansing base is formulated with a minimum of ingredients, 86% of them of natural origin, and is free from fragrance, PEG and sulfates. It combines I-modulia®, a patented postbiotic derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water, with Cer-omega skin-like lipids and jojoba oil, and it respects the skin's microbiome. The oil does not sting the eyes, has very good gynaecological tolerance, is non-comedogenic and is formulated to minimise the risk of allergic reactions. Biodegradable formula (OECD 301). Made in France.

• Use daily in the shower or bath, on the face, body and scalp.
• In the shower, work the oil between wet hands, then apply it to the skin.
• In the bath, pour the equivalent of 5 pumps into the water while the tub is filling.
• Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry.
• For best results, follow with XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cream or Balm.
• Suitable for newborns, children and adults, including during flare-ups.
