Soothing eye cream for dry, sensitive, irritated eyelids
Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Eye is a 3-in-1 cream for delicate skin around the eyes that feels dry, sensitive or easily irritated. It combines nourishing plant oils with skin-identical lipids, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to soothe, hydrate and gently remove eye make-up.
Why Choose It?
- Soothes sensitive eyelids: Calms dry, reactive skin around the eye contour with a fragrance-free, comfort-focused formula.
- Rebuilds the lipid barrier: Skin-identical ceramide, phytosphingosine and cholesterol mirror the lipids the eyelid skin needs to seal moisture in.
- Hydrates without heaviness: Hyaluronic acid and a polyol-sugar blend hold water in the upper layers, leaving the eye area soft, not greasy.
- Doubles as a gentle make-up remover: Sunflower and rapeseed oils dissolve eye make-up so one product handles care and cleansing.
Best For
Dry, sensitive or atopic-prone skin around the eyes — eyelids that feel tight, rough, reactive or easily irritated. A practical choice for routines focused on barrier care and gentle eye make-up removal.
Use morning and evening on clean skin around the eye contour. Pairs well with the rest of the Atoderm routine, such as an Atoderm body care for dry, sensitive skin.
- Dispense a rice-grain amount of cream onto a fingertip.
- Apply around the eye contour — from the inner corner outward along the upper and lower lids.
- Tap gently with the ring finger until absorbed; do not stretch the thin eyelid skin.
- To remove eye make-up, spread a small amount along the lash line, then wipe away with a soft cotton pad.
Tips
- Eye-area tip: use the ring finger only — it applies the lightest pressure and protects the thin skin around the eyes.
- On especially dry days, layer with a rich face cream for dry, sensitive skin over the cheekbones and brow bone.
- Avoid direct contact with the inner eye; if the product enters the eye, rinse with water.
- Patch test on a small area first if eyelid skin is currently inflamed or broken.
