Concentrated care for extremely dry spots

UreaRepair 30% Urea Spot Treatment is the most concentrated cream in Eucerin's UreaRepair range, made for localised areas of extremely dry, rough, thickened and scaly skin. Elbows, knees, hands and feet are exposed to constant pressure and friction, so the skin there struggles to hold moisture and can become hard and flaky. This intensive cream gently exfoliates, moisturises deeply and leaves these spots visibly smoother and more supple after one week, with continued improvement on regular use. It is meant for targeted areas only, not for the whole body. Fragrance-free, in a 75ml tube.

30% urea with ceramides and NMF

The formula pairs highly concentrated 30% urea, which encourages the natural shedding of dry, thickened skin, with ceramide NP and cholesterol to support the skin barrier, and other Natural Moisturising Factors such as lactate, PCA, amino acids and carnitine, which improve the skin's water-binding capacity. It is suitable as complementary care for very rough, thickened skin, including skin prone to psoriasis or keratosis pilaris, alongside dermatological care. Skin tolerance results are excellent, so it can be used over longer periods. Free of microplastics (according to the UNEP definition).

• Apply once or twice a day to localised dry, rough, thickened or scaly areas on the elbows, knees, hands and feet.
• Use only on the affected spots, not on the whole body (no more than about 10% of the skin surface at a time).
• Do not apply to broken, bleeding or weeping skin.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Store below 25°C.
