Use morning or evening — or both — on cleansed, dry skin before cream.

• Cleanse the face and neck and pat dry.
• Dispense a small amount of serum onto the fingertips.
• Press and gently massage into the face and neck using upward motions.
• Allow a few seconds to absorb before following with a moisturiser.
• For an overnight mask, apply a thicker layer mixed with your usual cream and leave on overnight.

Tips

• Layer with a richer Filorga face cream for mature skin on top to seal the serum and add lipid support overnight.
• If you are new to retinol, start with 2-3 evenings per week and build gradually to nightly use.
• Pair with daily broad-spectrum SPF — retinol increases skin sensitivity to UV.
