How to Choose the Size
The brush should fill the gap without noticeable resistance. Your dentist or hygienist can help you choose. L-shaped brushes are more comfortable for the back teeth, straight I-shaped brushes for the front teeth.
Clean the spaces between your teeth at least once a day, ideally in the evening before brushing.
- Gently insert the brush between two teeth at the gum line, then straighten it to a horizontal position.
- Move it gently back and forth without force; small circular movements clean more thoroughly.
- Pull the brush back slowly and repeat for every gap.
- Rinse the brush after use and replace it when the bristles are worn.
Never push the brush into a gap by force. The gums may bleed slightly during the first days of use; if bleeding continues, ask your dentist.
