• Step 1: Exfoliate your skin with a scrub to ensure it is clean and dry.
• Step 2: Put on the special glove that comes with the product to protect your hands and palms from an unwanted brownish tint.
• Step 3: Pump the foam onto the glove and apply it to your skin in circular motions, starting from your legs and working your way up to your arms, chest, and face. Be sure to apply the foam evenly and avoid any streaks.
• Step 4: Wait for at least an hour before washing off the foam. If you want a very dark tan, leave the foam on for four or more hours.
• Step 5: Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the foam to avoid any unwanted staining.

Remember to avoid showering, swimming, or sweating for at least six hours after applying the foam to allow the tan to fully develop. Also, be sure to moisturize your skin regularly to maintain your beautiful tan.
