Anti-Redness Moisturising Cream for Reactive, Rosacea-Prone Skin
SVR Sensifine AR is a 40ml leave-on moisturising cream developed for sensitive skin that flushes easily and shows visible redness or surface vessels. The formula combines a soothing active complex of plant-derived glucosides — Caffeyl Glucoside, Gallyl Glucoside and Rosmarinyl Glucoside — with Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (a licorice-root derivative) and Squalane to comfort reactive skin and support the moisture barrier. Two cosmetic pigments, CI 10020 and CI 42090, give the cream a subtle green tone that visually neutralises redness on application, while Methyl Diisopropyl Propionamide adds an immediate cooling sensation.
Why Choose It?
- Green-tinted formula (CI 10020 and CI 42090) that visually neutralises redness as soon as it is blended into the skin
- Soothing complex of Caffeyl Glucoside, Gallyl Glucoside and Rosmarinyl Glucoside paired with Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, a licorice-root derivative, for reactive and rosacea-prone skin
- Squalane, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Shea Butter restore the lipid layer and provide intensive moisturisation
- Glycerin and Saccharide Isomerate add long-lasting humectant hydration
- Light cooling sensation from Methyl Diisopropyl Propionamide on application, suited to flushed or warm-feeling skin
Best For
Sensitive, reactive and rosacea-prone skin that flushes easily, runs warm and shows persistent redness or visible surface vessels. The rich, lipid-restoring base with Shea Butter and Squalane suits drier sensitive skin in particular, while the green-tinted finish offers an immediate cosmetic evening of skin tone — useful both on bare skin and under makeup. Daily use, morning and evening, after cleansing.
Apply morning and evening on cleansed skin. Pair with a gentle SVR face cleanser for sensitive skin to keep the cleansing step within the same line for reactive skin.
- Cleanse the face with a gentle, non-foaming cleanser and pat dry — avoid hot water and rough towels.
- Take a hazelnut-sized amount of the cream onto the fingertips.
- Apply to the face and neck in light, outward strokes, focusing on areas where redness or surface vessels are visible. Avoid the immediate eye area.
- Blend until the green tint fully disappears into the skin — this is when the visual redness-neutralising effect is at its best.
- Allow a minute for the cream to settle before applying makeup or SPF.
Tips
- If the skin is mid-flare or feels hot, store the tube in a cool drawer — the cooling sensation from Methyl Diisopropyl Propionamide is more noticeable when the cream itself is fresh.
- Under makeup, apply only a thin, fully-blended layer so the green pigments work as a tone-correcting base rather than a visible tint.
- Pair with the rinse-off Sensifine AR Micellar Water from the same line to keep the full routine within one targeted system for reactive skin.
