Palpébral by Topialyse Micellar Eye Gel is SVR's eye make-up remover for sensitive, dry or irritated eyelids. The fresh micellar jelly removes eye make-up in a single step, with or without a cotton pad, while it soothes and comforts the delicate skin around the eyes.

How it works

A gentle micellar system lifts away make-up and impurities without rubbing. Niacinamide and a moisturising agent soothe the skin and help maintain its barrier from the very first step of the routine. The minimalist formula has just 11 ingredients, 94% of them of natural origin.
