Nouba Noubamore Second Skin is a long-wear matte foundation that builds from lightweight to medium-to-full coverage. The 'second skin' film is built on Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Cyclohexasiloxane and Dimethicone Crosspolymer — high-tech silicone elastomers that move with the face without cracking. Olive (Olea Europaea) oil and Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E) sit underneath for the comfort layer.
