Proplex 02 Perfector from REF is the second step of the ProPlex in-salon bond-building system, applied right after rinsing colour or bleach. It restores strength and moisture, smooths the cuticle and leaves processed hair feeling stronger and softer.

Use as the second step of the ProPlex system, directly after rinsing colour or bleach and the in-bowl REF Proplex 01 Bonder step.

• After rinsing the colour or lightener, towel-dry the hair so it is damp, not soaking wet.
• Apply Proplex 02 Perfector generously from mid-lengths through the ends, working section by section.
• Distribute evenly with a wide-tooth comb, concentrating the product on the most processed areas.
• Leave on for 10 minutes so the conditioning system anchors to the cuticle.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Finish with a REF conditioner suitable for the client's hair type before styling.

Tips

• Send the client home with REF Proplex 03 Maintainer so the bond work is kept up between salon visits.
• Do not skip the comb-through — even distribution is what gives consistent slip from roots to ends after a full-head service.
• On very porous or pre-lightened lengths, extend the 10-minute exposure to the maximum recommended time before rinsing.
